By accessing the website at https://ontempo.co and its pages, as well as the Tempo iOS or Android mobile apps, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
- Permission is granted to use the Tempo mobile apps for personal use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may:
- create and host event details
- create and host playlists via Spotify or Apple music, in accordance to their use guidelines.

Under this license you may not:
- use abusive or obscene words for events, event details, playlists,user names, posts, comments, etc.;
- upload forbidden documents, images or any other files forbidden by the local or international laws;
- create and/or host events or playlists with adult content;
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Unicorn Platform at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

- The materials and services provided by Tempo are provided on an 'as is' basis. Tempo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, the province of Québec, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province or location.
9. Refund policy
A refund is issued if there is a technical problem with the issuing of tickets and we can’t help you to resolve the problem. Tempo hosts many free events to try, so please make sure to check them out before purchasing.
12. Pricing plans
Tempo service pricing plans may be changed at any time. The changes may contain the price change and the particular terms.
13. Signing up
By creating an account ("signing up" or "register") in the Tempo service you agree your playlists, public events, public posts and comments can be published in Tempo social networks and other communication channels and to receive company email newsletters. You can get instantly unsubscribed though.
